The Visitors
This 38-minute German film focuses around a young woman named Karla, who's not ready to give up on her estranged boyfriend. Determined to travel abroad and bring him home, she starts working at a dingy bar, where she meets Sugar, a charming girl who needs a place to stay. Karla offers Sugar a room in her apartment, but Sugar brings a husband and a kid with her that Karla never knew about, and what's worse, after the family makes themselves at home, they start feeding her contradictory stories about why they're on the run.
