The Gunman
Daniel Millican's thriller A Promise Kept features Sean Patrick Flanery as police detective Ben Simms. After his wife his murdered by a serial killer, Simms partners with a rookie (Joey Lauren Adams) and together they chase down someone who is killing criminals who have yet to be apprehended by the police. Their job becomes more difficult when Simms realizes their prey is hunting down the person responsible for his wife's death.
