Marathon
A heartfelt tale of the love shared between two men, director Biju Viswanath's drama traces the efforts of poet and marathon runner Richard Harteis to nurse his partner, Poet Laureate William Meredith, back to health following a debilitating stroke. His efforts stifled by both the courts and family members who refuse to respect their union, Harteis vows to be there for his lover no matter how hard he must fight to do so. Somewhere along the way, both men discover the true meaning of courage while relying on one another for the strength and support to get through one of the most difficult times in either of their lives.
