A couple on the verge of realizing their American dream are rudely awakened after hiring an illegal immigrant from Mexico in this short film from director Andrew Oh. When Jessica gets pregnant and Daniel lands the money needed to open a small diner it seems as if everything is finally falling into place for this happy young couple. Unfortunately, the arrival and subsequent hiring of undocumented worker Carlos quickly sends events spiraling down a troubling path.
