A three-woman task force travels from Asia to New York in search of a murderous drug lord taken to killing anyone who stands in his way in this explosive Hong Kong action film. Captain Tie Hua is determined to bring notorious drug lord Hong Gang to justice, but Gang isn't a man known for playing by the rules, and he isn't about to go down without a fight.
